I’ve been teaching piano for over 10 years, and I specialize in beginner to intermediate students, both kids and fun-loving adults.
For Kids: From Tiny Hands to Big Sounds
I’ve spent the past few years teaching in Montessori schools, so I’m very used to working with young kids from age 4+:
- gentle, patient, child-led
- lots of games and movement
- tiny goals that feel like wins!
What We Do in Lessons
For beginners to intermediate students, we mix:
- pieces they love (yes, simple versions of favorite songs)
- solid reading skills
- easy technique that feels relaxed, not stiff
- a little bit of creativity & improvisation
And we don’t just play—we understand what’s happening in the music.
Group Piano & Fun Theory Classes
Music is even better with friends.
I also offer:
- Group piano lessons – perfect for siblings or buddies who want to learn together
- Fun theory group classes – games, rhythm activities, listening, and music “puzzles” so theory never feels dry
For Adults
